AI Communication Coaching

Soft skills are the new hard skills

Cicero is the first analytical environment for oral communication. Body, voice, discourse and content, audited with the precision AI makes possible and the sensitivity only a teacher can bring.

Nothing is so unbelievable that oratory cannot make it acceptable; nothing so rough and uncultivated that it cannot acquire brilliance from speech.

Marcus Tullius Cicero De Oratore · 55 BCE

The shift in era

AI already writes, now it’s your turn to speak

When AI writes the report, drafts the email and summarises the meeting, what sets a professional apart is no longer what they know — it’s how they communicate. Oratory, leadership and presence in front of an audience become the new competitive edge.

  • Objective assessment of what used to be pure intuition.

  • Actionable metrics for students and teachers.

  • Teacher time freed up for high-value feedback.

The first analytical environment

Five simultaneous dimensions for oral communication

Cicero breaks each intervention down into five layers. It does not replace the teacher’s eye — it amplifies it with data no human observer could capture all at once.

Kinesic analysis
543 reference points

Your body speaks

The same mesh a radiologist uses: clinical precision, not intuition.

543 reference points tracking posture, gesture, eye contact, facial expression and stage movement. The precision a teacher with 30 years of experience might intuit, now measured with consistency.

  • Eye contact
  • Posture
  • Gesture
  • Expressiveness
  • Use of space
Paralinguistic analysis
50 measurements per second

How you say it matters

Tone, rhythm, pauses. The part your brain registers before the words.

Volume, rhythm, prosody, strategic pauses and filler words: 50 measurements per second of the dimension that hits an audience hardest — the one usually lost because nobody has time to clock it.

  • Volume
  • Rhythm
  • Prosody
  • Pauses
  • Filler words
Discourse analysis
4 native languages

The structure that makes you clear

What you say, in four languages, with an editor who knows rhetoric.

Topic coverage, narrative structure, logical connectors, clarity and argumentation. Detects when your discourse flows and when it falls apart. Works in Spanish, English, Catalan and French without losing nuance.

  • Coverage
  • Structure
  • Connectors
  • Clarity
  • Argumentation
Correlation analysis
5 composite patterns

When everything aligns

The exact instant where body, voice and discourse move as one.

Five patterns crossing dimensions: confidence peak, energy drop, gesture–discourse alignment, friction between tone and content, and moments where the audience’s attention breaks.

  • Confidence peak
  • Energy drop
  • Gesture–discourse alignment
  • Tone–content friction
  • Loss of attention
Content analysis
5 comparison axes

What you said vs. what you were meant to say

Five axes that compare the discourse against the reference material.

When reference material is attached (a case, a script, the class dossier), Cicero compares the student’s discourse against that source: coverage, fidelity, prioritisation and synthesis.

  • Fidelity
  • Prioritisation

Beyond the individual speaker

A roundtable. A debate. A group dynamic. Cicero sees them all

Cicero automatically identifies how many voices are in the recording, separates each speaker’s audio and applies the full analysis to the student (or students) the teacher chooses to assess.

  • Automatic diarisation

State-of-the-art speaker separation technology. Detects how many voices are present even with wide-field cameras.

  • The teacher confirms

Before analysis, the teacher confirms who the student is. Cicero never decides alone.

  • Video, Zoom or audio only

Works with fixed-camera recordings, Zoom/Teams sessions or audio-only tracks. Whatever you have.

  • Parliamentary debate
  • Roundtable
  • Group dynamic
  • Panel defence
  • Recorded interview
  • Oral exam
Cicero also converses

Your students train by speaking with an AI interlocutor in real time

For behavioural interviews, case simulations, sales role-plays or oral exams, Cicero gives every student a virtual interlocutor that listens, follows up and replies with a natural voice — and, if you want, with an avatar.

Audio mode

Voice to voice, 250 ms latency.

Ideal for mass practice in the LMS or on mobile. No image, no distraction.

Avatar mode

A virtual face that looks at you and responds.

For sessions where gaze and context matter as much as content. Defences, panels, demanding interviews.

Build your own interlocutor

Every institution designs its own

The demanding interviewer for the MBA, the difficult client for the sales course, the academic panel for the final degree project defence. You define their personality, their conversation rules, their context and their language.

  • Starter templates.
  • Editor with identity, persona and rules.
  • Visibility by institution, programme or private.

For teachers

AI suggests. The teacher decides

Cicero does not automate assessment. It accelerates it, enriches it and frees the teacher from invisible work. It concentrates teacher time where it really makes a difference.

  • Pre-filled with confidence

Suggestions per criterion, with a visible confidence level. The teacher accepts, edits or rejects.

  • AI assistant for rubric creation

Describe what you want to assess and Cicero proposes a complete rubric. 100 % editable.

  • Multi-reviewer

Teacher, peer and self-assessment, with three perspectives in a single flow.

  • No auto-publishing

No grade reaches the student until the teacher validates it.

For students

Train. Measure. Evolve

Cicero does not assess a single presentation. It accompanies the student’s evolution across the semester, the programme, the whole degree.

  1. Complete history

Presentations, practice sessions and interviews. All on one timeline.

  2. Trend by criterion

Is eye contact improving? Are filler words decreasing? Is fluency in English growing?

  3. Automatic insights

Cicero detects strengths, areas to improve and the consistency of progress.

  4. Practice mode

Train whenever you want, with or without a rubric.

  5. Pinpoint feedback

Every highlight links to the exact second of the video where it occurs.

Privacy and European sovereignty

Your data is yours. And it stays in Europe

Cicero is built on three principles that matter to those training the leaders of tomorrow: privacy by design, European infrastructure and AI Act compliance.

Data on European soil

All infrastructure, storage, database and AI processing live in datacenters within the European Union. No global CDN, no replication outside the EEA, no third-party data retention.

100 % clean energy

Our Hub Europe datacenter runs on 100 % carbon-free energy, complemented by on-site photovoltaic panels. The free-cooling system uses outside air 6–8 months a year and a PUE of 1.168 places it among the most efficient facilities in Europe.

Your data, under your control

Every student can request a full export of their data (GDPR Art. 15) and the institution defines the retention policy per tenant: days for assessments, blobs and audit logs. Deletion runs automatically on expiry.

No emotion recognition

We measure prosodic metrics and posture coordinates. We do not infer or classify emotions. Expressly prohibited by the AI Act in educational contexts.

AI suggests, the teacher decides

Every AI suggestion requires explicit human validation. There is no automatic assessment. Human oversight by design, aligned with Art. 14 of the AI Act.

Immutable traceability

Every analysis is recorded with input, output, model, tokens and timings. Auditable by the institution. Complies with Art. 12 of the AI Act.
